PM Operations Coordinator

Location: Vernon, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM, plus overtime as needed to complete the job.

About the Role

The PM Operations Coordinator is responsible for keeping the administrative side of our warehouse running smoothly during our busiest hours while helping deliver the outstanding execution and customer service that KEVIDKO is known for.

You will work directly with our Warehouse Manager and Operations team to ensure orders, paperwork, inventory transactions, and customer requests are completed accurately and on time.

This role is the administrative glue of our evening operation, helping connect our warehouse, customer support, drivers, and operations teams so that every customer receives exceptional service.

This is not a traditional office position. You'll spend time at a computer while also communicating constantly with warehouse employees, drivers, customer support, and management throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Generate customer invoices
  • Process same-day order changes
  • Print delivery routes and driver paperwork
  • Print warehouse pick tickets
  • Book courier deliveries
  • Assist with dispatch and driver communication

Inventory & Warehouse Support

  • Record warehouse inventory transfers
  • Record nighttime inventory receipts into our ERP system
  • Enter inventory adjustments
  • Maintain accurate inventory transaction records
  • Assist with storage location updates

Customer & Sales Support

  • Work open sales orders and backorders in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager and Outbound Department
  • Assist with customer requests
  • Coordinate with sales representatives regarding order changes
  • Help resolve shipping and inventory questions

Administrative Support

  • Support the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager
  • Ensure paperwork is completed before the end of each shift
  • Help prepare the warehouse for the following morning
  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned

What Success Looks Like

You help make sure:

  • Trucks leave on time.
  • Invoices are completed before loading.
  • Inventory transactions are entered the same day.
  • Routes are printed and updated accurately.
  • Customer requests are handled quickly.
  • Nothing gets pushed to tomorrow because paperwork wasn't completed today.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable walking between the warehouse and office throughout the day

Experience with ERP software, work management software, inventory systems, customer support platforms, dispatching, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
