Job Summary Lead enterprise data and analytics transformation initiatives using Databricks and modern cloud technologies. Drive architecture strategy, platform modernization, and solution delivery while partnering with business and technology leaders to build scalable, secure, AI-ready data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Databricks Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Data Governance.
Lead modernization programs and define future-state architecture, standards, and roadmaps.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing data and analytics solutions.
Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled capabilities, DataOps, and modern engineering practices.
Partner with executives, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
Provide hands-on architectural leadership from solution design through implementation.
Lead architecture reviews, governance, and technology decision-making.
Mentor architects and engineers while fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
Ideal Candidate
Deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML.
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data platform modernization and transformation initiatives.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence strategy and drive organizational change.
Hands-on technology leader who can define the vision, lead delivery, and drive adoption of modern data solutions.
Passionate about innovation, automation, and building next-generation data and AI platforms.

Job Qualifications
Required Education • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Required Experience • 2+ years of hands-on technical implementation experience in mid to large IT Enterprise environments. • 5-6 years of IT technical experience with IT enterprise infrastructure. • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
